Cnc production machinist — St. Clair County

Now hiring: we are hiring a cnc production machinist in St. Clair County, Missouri. You will work at an auto-components manufacturing unit. Requirements: • Experience with carbide tooling and insert selection • Working knowledge of G-code and M-code • ITI / NCVT certificate in the machinist (turner) trade preferred Your main tasks: • Set up workpieces in three-jaw chucks and collets • Set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54) • Measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers • Deburr and chamfer machined parts by hand • Load and index turning tools in the turret Overtime paid at a premium rate.
