Tailor machinist • Numan, Adamawa State

We are recruiting: we are hiring a tailor machinist in Numan, Adamawa State. Day to day you will meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality; stitch seams, hems, side seams and shoulder joins to the marked seam allowance; sew bartacks and buttonholes and attach buttons where required; keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line; inspect each piece for skipped stitches, broken thread and needle holes. What we are looking for: • Able to read a spec sheet and follow a sewing operation breakdown • Quality-conscious with an eye for puckers, skipped stitches and uneven seams • Knows how to set tension, change needles and do basic machine maintenance 1+ years on the tools preferred.
