Electrostatic spray painter • Morgan County, Indiana

Great opportunity: we are hiring an electrostatic spray painter in Morgan County, Indiana. The job is at an automotive components factory. Day to day you will mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse. Ideal candidate: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms 6+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off.
