Immediate opening: we are hiring a shuttering and concrete hand in Madison County, New York. The role involves set out levels with a spirit level, line and pins; compact fresh concrete with immersion poker vibrators to clear honeycombing; fix and tie reinforcement bars and mesh as per the bar bending schedule; erect and align timber and steel shuttering before each pour. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years on RCC and concreting works • Comfortable working at heights and on scaffolds • ITI in masonry or civil work an added advantage Pay around $25 per hour, based on your experience.
