Vehicle spray painter • Lubbock County, Texas

Vacancy available: we are hiring a vehicle spray painter in Lubbock County, Texas. You will be based in a spray booth. You should have: • Physically fit to stand, bend and crouch for long periods • Confident with wet-sanding and machine polishing On a typical shift you will sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting; mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio; mask off trim, glass and rubber seals with tape and paper; check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch; wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs. Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. $3,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
