Refrigeration field service technician • Waldo County, Maine

Great opportunity: we are hiring a refrigeration field service technician in Waldo County, Maine. You will be based on a customer's rooftop chiller plant. Your main tasks: • Service split AC units and VRF systems • Trace leaks with an electronic detector and soap solution • Braze copper pipework and joints with an oxy-acetylene torch • Trace electrical circuits with a multimeter • Read suction and discharge pressures on the manifold gauges You should have: • Able to braze copper and silver-solder joints • Physically fit to lift compressors and carry ladders • Comfortable handling refrigerant gases and gauge manifolds We offer $3,600 per month plus benefits.
