Vacancy available: we are hiring a rebar installer in Koko/Besse Local Government Area, Kebbi State. You will work at a rebar fabrication workshop. Day-to-day duties: • Fit mechanical couplers where shown on the drawings • Lay and tie mesh for slabs and ground-bearing floors • Keep the rebar stacked, tagged and free of mud and loose rust • Set out starter bars and column dowels for the next lift • Assemble column and beam cages on the bench • Check bar diameter, spacing and cover before the pour Ideal candidate: • Confident tying with a tie hook and handling binding wire • Willing to work outdoors in all weather and to tight pour dates • Proven experience as a steel fixer on building or civil sites 1+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Contact us to fix an interview.
