Single needle operator wanted in Yukon-Koyukuk Census Area

Join our team: we are hiring a single needle operator in Yukon-Koyukuk Census Area, Alaska. You will work on a ready-made garment production line. You should have: • Quality-conscious with an eye for puckers, skipped stitches and uneven seams • Understands fabric types and how to handle knits versus wovens On the job you will handle: • Trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go • Change needles, presser feet and folders to suit the fabric and operation • Keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line • Attach collars, cuffs, plackets, pockets and waistbands as per the spec sheet At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
