Now hiring: we are hiring a grill cook in Hinsdale County, Colorado. You will work in a hospital or office canteen. On the job you will handle: • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
