We are recruiting: we are hiring a fabricator-welder in Palm Beach County, Florida. You should have: • Steady hand and good hand-eye coordination • Able to pass a weld test on the spot On a typical shift you will TIG weld aluminium sections after cleaning off the oxide layer; feed filler rod by hand while holding a steady weld pool; tack weld parts to hold the fit-up before the final run; clamp and fit up components on the jig before welding; run butt, fillet, lap and corner joints to spec; back-purge pipe joints with argon so the root does not oxidise.
