Join our team: we are hiring an aluminium TIG welder in Marion County, Texas. The role involves keep the arc length and travel speed consistent; TIG weld aluminium sections after cleaning off the oxide layer; weld thin stainless steel sheet without burning through; back-purge pipe joints with argon so the root does not oxidise; set the argon flow on the flowmeter and check the hose for leaks. What we are looking for: • Steady hand and good hand-eye coordination • Able to pass a weld test on the spot Performance bonus on top of base pay. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
