Now hiring: we are hiring a chef de partie in Clearwater County, Minnesota. Day to day you will knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service. You should have: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
