Urgent requirement: we are hiring a halal butcher in Bottineau County, North Dakota. What we are looking for: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths On a typical shift you will keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; season and marinate meat on request; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date.
