Cold room technician — Montgomery County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a cold room technician in Montgomery County, Maryland. The job is at a busy refrigeration workshop. On a typical shift you will charge systems with refrigerant (R134a, R410a, R404a) to the correct weight; trace electrical circuits with a multimeter; service split AC units and VRF systems; clean condenser and evaporator coils; check superheat and subcooling and trim the charge. You should have: • Comfortable handling refrigerant gases and gauge manifolds • Able to braze copper and silver-solder joints • ITI or diploma in refrigeration / RAC trade $3,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
