Great opportunity: we are hiring a single needle operator in Colusa County, California. Your main tasks: • Thread the machine, wind bobbins and balance top and bottom tension • Change needles, presser feet and folders to suit the fabric and operation • Trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go • Operate single-needle lockstitch, overlock and flatlock machines on a production line You should have: • Comfortable working long hours seated at a fast line • Understands fabric types and how to handle knits versus wovens • Hands-on with single needle, overlock and flatlock machines Full-time with occasional weekends.
