Urgent requirement: baker (Nebraska)

Now hiring: we are hiring a baker in Keya Paha County, Nebraska. You will be based at a café with an on-site bakery. Day to day you will rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch. What we are looking for: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks Pay around $3,800 per month, based on your experience. Six days a week, one day off.
