Great opportunity: we are hiring a deboner in Warren County, Tennessee. The job is at a halal meat counter. Requirements: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry The role involves: • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled 3+ years on the tools preferred.
