What we are looking for: • 1-2 years' experience pressing garments in a factory • Sound knowledge of fabric types and correct heat settings The role involves: • Give each garment a final press before packing • Spray water or starch to set sharp creases on trousers and shirts • Meet the daily piece target without damaging garments • Fuse interlinings and fusible tape on the fusing press • Shape collars, cuffs and lapels using a tailor's ham and sleeve board Overtime paid at a premium rate.
