Overhead (EOT) crane operator wanted in Kalkaska County

Join our team: we are hiring an overhead (EOT) crane operator in Kalkaska County, Michigan. You will work on a bridge and infrastructure project. Day to day you will work out the load weight and the lifting radius; help set out the lift plan and barrier off the exclusion zone; fit the counterweights and check the ground bearing pressure; grease the slew ring and inspect the wire rope for broken strands; read and interpret the load chart before every lift. What we are looking for: • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination • Sound knowledge of rigging and slinging 6+ years on the tools preferred. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
