Retail butcher — Iron County

Now hiring: we are hiring a retail butcher in Iron County, Wisconsin. You will be based at an abattoir or slaughterhouse. The role involves: • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife What we are looking for: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
