Line cook wanted in Turner County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a line cook in Turner County, Georgia. You will work in a hospital or office canteen. Ideal candidate: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat The role involves: • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
