Fire and safety officer — Keana

Vacancy available: we are hiring a fire and safety officer in Keana, Nasarawa State. The role involves: • Deliver site induction to new workers, subcontractors and visitors • Carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift • Record accident statistics and keep the safety logbook up to date • Audit housekeeping and barricading around excavations and open edges • Run fire drills and check extinguishers, hydrants and alarm points • Conduct job hazard analysis (JHA) on every new task You should have: • Minimum 2-3 years on construction or factory sites • Strong record-keeping and incident-reporting skills Six days a week, one day off.
