The role involves: • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds Ideal candidate: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Accurate at weighing and following recipes Pay around $4,000 per month, based on your experience.
