Now hiring: we are hiring a semi-automatic welder in Kajuru, Kaduna State. The job is in a sheet-metal fabrication unit. Your main tasks: • Grind back and re-weld any defective runs • Maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose • Weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions • Set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator • Read fabrication drawings and weld symbols You should have: • Able to pass a 3G/4G plate test • Willing to work shifts and overtime Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
