Lift mechanic — Chickasaw County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a lift mechanic in Chickasaw County, Mississippi. Day to day you will set and test the overspeed governor and safety gear; replace worn sheaves, rollers, contactors and relays; carry out planned preventive maintenance and grease the guide shoes; measure rope tension and check for broken strands; install guide rails, brackets and counterweight frames in the hoistway. What we are looking for: • Valid driving licence for site call-outs • Comfortable working at height and in confined hoistways Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
