Now hiring: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Dallas County, Iowa. The job is at a cake shop. On a typical shift you will check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter. What we are looking for: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • 2+ years' experience as a baker Full-time with occasional weekends. Pay around $4,400 per month, based on your experience.
