Shuttering charge hand • Kiowa County, Colorado

Immediate opening: we are hiring a shuttering charge hand in Kiowa County, Colorado. You will be based at a reinforced concrete building site. The role involves fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure; de-nail, clean and stack the panels for reuse; erect wall and column formwork to line, level and plumb; check alignment with spirit level, plumb bob and string line; brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour; read formwork drawings and setting-out marks to position the shutters. You should have: • Sound understanding of props, bracing and load-bearing • Able to keep pace with tight pour schedules Full-time with occasional weekends.
