Urgent requirement: we are hiring an automotive paint technician in Idaho County, Idaho. You will be based in a spray booth. Day to day you will apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour; wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs; bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint; check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch; mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio; compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss. You should have: • 2+ years' experience in automotive refinishing • Skilled with HVLP and gravity-feed spray guns • Keen attention to detail and a steady hand 4+ years on the tools preferred.
