Rebar fixer wanted in Yadkin County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a rebar fixer in Yadkin County, North Carolina. You should have: • Aware of concrete cover and tolerance requirements • Able to read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules • Confident tying with a tie hook and handling binding wire On a typical shift you will set out starter bars and column dowels for the next lift; cut rebar to length with a bar cutter or angle grinder; assemble column and beam cages on the bench; fit mechanical couplers where shown on the drawings; place main bars and distribution bars to the marked spacing; form stirrups, links and hooks to the correct dimensions. Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
