Now hiring: we are hiring an argon welding operator in Martin County, Minnesota. You will be based in a sheet-metal fabrication unit. Requirements: • Comfortable working off scaffolds and in tight spaces • 2+ years' hands-on experience with argon/TIG welding The role involves: • Clean joints with acetone and a dedicated stainless wire brush • Select AC for aluminium and DC for stainless and mild steel • Tack weld parts to hold the fit-up before the final run • Feed filler rod by hand while holding a steady weld pool Six days a week, one day off.
