Immediate opening: we are hiring a halal butcher in Yoakum County, Texas. The job is at a wholesale meat market. You should have: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths The role involves run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts.
