Join our team: we are hiring a GTAW welder in Washington County, Maryland. Day-to-day duties: • Sharpen tungsten electrodes and fit the correct gas cup size • Strike the arc with high-frequency start and control heat with the foot pedal • Select AC for aluminium and DC for stainless and mild steel • Weld thin stainless steel sheet without burning through Requirements: • Can read fabrication drawings and welding symbols • Good eyesight for fine sheet-metal work At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
