We are recruiting: production line helper (Arkansas)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a production line helper in White County, Arkansas. You will work at a busy assembly plant. You will tighten fasteners to the specified torque using a power screwdriver or torque wrench; follow the work instruction sheet for each station; log defects and place rejected units in the rework bay; pick the correct parts from the kit bins and feed them to the line; keep pace with the takt time and pass the unit to the next station. You should have: • Basic understanding of quality checks and 5S • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Minimum 10th pass or ITI is an advantage Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
