The role involves: • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs Ideal candidate: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
