Urgent requirement: we are hiring a production operative in Alamance County, North Carolina. The job is on the shop floor of a garment factory. Ideal candidate: • Basic reading skills to follow SOPs and labels • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts Day to day you will pack finished goods into cartons and seal them; load and unload materials onto the conveyor belt; operate and feed production machines on the line; weigh, measure and label raw materials before each batch. 3+ years on the tools preferred. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
