Immediate opening: tandoor cook (Kansas)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Bourbon County, Kansas. The job is at a roadside dhaba. Day-to-day duties: • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha Requirements: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
