Great opportunity: we are hiring a waitress in Breckinridge County, Kentucky. You will work in a five-star hotel. The role involves: • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Check back during the meal and handle special requests • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages Requirements: • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
