Ideal candidate: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • 2+ years' experience as a baker On the job you will handle: • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
