PVC window installer • Kent County, Michigan

We are recruiting: we are hiring a PVC window installer in Kent County, Michigan. You will be based on site fitting windows in new-build flats. You should have: • Able to work to deadlines in a busy workshop • Comfortable handling and lifting glazed units safely • Own basic hand tools (tape, square, screw gun) On the job you will handle: • Install finished windows and doors, pack and anchor-fix them, then foam and silicone the perimeter • Crimp glazing beads to length and snap them into the frame • Fit EPDM gaskets and brush-pile weather seals along the rails • Cut uPVC profiles to size on a double-mitre saw at 45 degrees • Fit espagnolette locking gear, friction hinges, handles and keeps to the sash • Take site measurements of openings before fabrication Full-time with occasional weekends.
