Membrane applicator wanted in Van Buren County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a membrane applicator in Van Buren County, Iowa. You should have: • Disciplined about PPE — respirator, gloves and goggles • Good knowledge of rockwool, XPS, EPS and PU foam • Willing to travel between sites The role involves fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors; work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness; torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations; carry out flood and water tests on waterproofed areas to check for leaks; fit acoustic insulation to partition walls and floating floors; wrap HVAC ducts with foil-faced insulation and fasten with banding. Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Walk-in interviews this week.
