Powder coating technician wanted in Effingham County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a powder coating technician in Effingham County, Illinois. You will work at an automotive components factory. Day to day you will hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape. Requirements: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
