Join our team: we are hiring a reinforcement fitter in Upson County, Georgia. The job is at a high-rise construction project. On a typical shift you will check bar diameter, spacing and cover before the pour; form stirrups, links and hooks to the correct dimensions; read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules; keep the rebar stacked, tagged and free of mud and loose rust; lap and splice bars to the specified lap length. You should have: • Proven experience as a steel fixer on building or civil sites • Sound knowledge of lap lengths, cover and bar spacing Full-time with occasional weekends.
