Powder coating technician wanted in Austin County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a powder coating technician in Austin County, Texas. Ideal candidate: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms Your main tasks: • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage 4+ years on the tools preferred.
