Lift installation engineer • Mercer County, North Dakota

Vacancy available: we are hiring a lift installation engineer in Mercer County, North Dakota. You will be based on a high-rise construction site. You should have: • Good head for heights for pit and car-top work • Ability to read electrical and wiring schematics • 2+ years on lift installation and maintenance Day-to-day duties: • Fill in the service logbook and statutory inspection paperwork • Test buffers, final limit switches and the emergency brake • Adjust door operator timing and re-levelling accuracy • Carry out planned preventive maintenance and grease the guide shoes • Respond to entrapment call-outs and release trapped passengers • Wire up the controller, encoder and limit switches Full-time with occasional weekends.
