Roofing foreman wanted in El Paso County

Now hiring: we are hiring a roofing foreman in El Paso County, Colorado. What we are looking for: • Able to read roof pitch and set the falls • Confident working at height on ladders and scaffolds • Knowledge of both pitched and flat roofing systems On the job you will handle: • Strip old shingles and felt back down to the deck • Set out battens to the correct gauge and spacing • Bed and point ridge tiles with mortar • Carry out leak inspections and patch repairs • Fit valley gutters, fascias and soffits • Install metal flashing around chimneys and skylights Part-time with flexible hours.
