Join our team: civil works labourer (Wisconsin)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a civil works labourer in Lafayette County, Wisconsin. The job is on a high-rise construction site. The role involves: • Wheel barrows of rubble to the skip and keep the site clean • Load and unload trucks of cement, steel bar and aggregate • Cure freshly laid concrete by sprinkling water for several days • Erect and dismantle scaffolding and pass materials up • Pour and spread concrete, then compact it with a poker vibrator • Mix concrete and mortar to the correct ratio, by hand or in a pan mixer Requirements: • Able to lift and carry heavy loads such as 50 kg cement bags all day • Willing to work outdoors in heat, dust and rain • Basic knowledge of hand tools like shovel, trowel and breaker Six days a week, one day off.
