Fettler wanted in Gwandu

Great opportunity: we are hiring a fettler in Gwandu, Kebbi State. You will be based on the moulding line. Requirements: • Knowledge of green-sand and resin-bonded moulding • Willing to work in hot, dusty conditions and rotating shifts You will pour molten metal into the moulds using hand or crane ladles; tap the furnace and transfer the metal to the ladle; assemble cope and drag mould halves and clamp them together; inspect castings for cold shuts, blowholes and shrinkage defects; carry out shakeout and knock the castings out of the sand; skim slag and dross off the melt before tapping and pouring. Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. ₦115,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Six days a week, one day off. Contact us to fix an interview.
