Hydraulic crane operator — Kalamazoo County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a hydraulic crane operator in Kalamazoo County, Michigan. You will work in a steel fabrication workshop. What we are looking for: • Current medical and eyesight certificate • Valid crane operator licence or certificate (CPCS, NPORS or local equivalent) • A good head for heights for tower crane work On the job you will handle: • Set up the outriggers and level the crane on firm ground • Grease the slew ring and inspect the wire rope for broken strands • Read and interpret the load chart before every lift • Work out the load weight and the lifting radius • Watch the load moment indicator (LMI) and stay within rated capacity Rotating shifts.
