On a typical shift you will rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; score the top of loaves before baking; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight. Requirements: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving Full-time, day shift.
