Vacancy available: we are hiring a dough maker in Reynolds County, Missouri. Requirements: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen The role involves proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards.
